Nina E. Rumbold, Esq., co-founded Rumbold & Seidelman with Denise Seidelman and is now retired. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, her foundational principles and dedication to family law remain a cornerstone of the practice.
Nina was a driving force for legislative reform in the areas of adoption and reproductive law. She served as the former President of New York Attorneys for Adoption and Family Formation (NYAAFF) and was a major contributor to the Child-Parent Security Act, landmark legislation which reformed New York’s laws regarding the parentage of children born through assisted reproductive technology.
Nina received her juris doctor degree from New York University Law School. Throughout her career, she frequently shared her expertise, lecturing on adoption and reproductive law as a member of the faculties for:
