Denise is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Washington College of Law of the American University. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, she is a recognized voice in reproductive law.
She frequently lectures on the subject and was a major participant in drafting and advocating for the Child-Parent Security Act, a landmark update to New York State parentage law for children conceived through third-party reproduction.
