Rumbold & Seidelman was founded in 1996 by Nina Rumbold and Denise Seidelman with the understanding that our law practice was about more than giving legal advice. We believe it is also our job to provide our clients with compassion, patience, understanding, and respect. Rumbold & Seidelman works throughout New York and New Jersey representing clients to adopt or place their children with integrity and love. We also concentrate our practice in the rapidly evolving field of reproductive law and we have extensive experience representing intended parents; egg, sperm, and embryo donors; and gestational carriers in collaborative reproduction arrangements.
Melissa Struck joined Rumbold & Seidelman after working here during law school. In September of 2024, after graduation, she joined the firm as an Associate. Melissa brings to Rumbold & Seidelman – and to her work – her deep intelligence, boundless energy, infectious enthusiasm, and genuine compassion. Even though Melissa and Denise haven’t been working together for decades, there is no doubt that we’re a team: we share the same goals and dreams for the work we do.
While Nina Rumbold retired from the practice of law in 2020, her dedication and “think outside of the box” intellect has left an impact on everything we do today.
